In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the “Data Act”), Undagrid (an EnOcean Company) publishes Transparency Disclosures for its connected products and related services, providing clear pre-contractual information on the nature, format and estimated volume of data generated, the conditions of real-time generation and storage (including retention), and the arrangements for user access, retrieval and erasure.
